Looks like we are in for some more Leatherface action. Both Deadline and iHorror are reporting that there's a new reboot of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre on the way.
The interesting news here is that the reboot is coming from Legendary Pictures via Rodo Sayagues and Fede Alverez’s Bad Hombre Films.
As some horror fans already know, Alvarez’s past films include the mostly well received Evil Dead reboot and the successful thriller Don’t Breathe. Chris Thomas Devlin is set to pen the upcoming script for The Texas Chainsaw Massacre reboot.
That's pretty much all the details we have to report at this time. With Alvarez onboard you can bet it's going to be tense and bloody. Sources: Deadline iHorror
